We collect the information needed to run dogcal, including:

  • Your name, email address, mobile number, and details used to sign you in.
  • Dog profiles, photos, care instructions, and notes you choose to add.
  • Availability, calendar entries, care arrangements, and responses.
  • Basic account and activity information needed to keep the service working and secure.

How we use it

We use this information to provide dogcal, show relevant information to people in your dogcal circle, coordinate dog care, send messages used to sign you in and service updates, respond to support requests, and improve and protect the service.

Where your information is stored

dogcal's main application data is hosted by Supabase. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it. No online service can promise complete security, so please only add information that is needed for coordinating care.

Who can see it

Information is shared with the people you are connected to in dogcal where it is needed to coordinate care. We do not sell your personal information. Providers that host dogcal or deliver its messages may process information for us so that the service can work.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Use the contact form and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as dogcal changes. The latest version will always be published here with its updated date.
